Ms. Vaishnavi Dongare is a Clinical Instructor and Head of the Department of Obstetrics & Gynaecology Nursing, dedicated to providing quality nursing education and clinical guidance to students. She holds a B.Sc. Nursing and M.Sc. Nursing, with a strong focus on developing students’ theoretical knowledge, clinical skills, and professional competencies. She encourages compassionate, safe, and evidence-based care for women and newborns while preparing students for effective maternal and child healthcare practice.
